Japanese with Rosetta

Having spent many years teaching second languages, I have seen and used many different resources. Of course there is nothing better than full immersion, living in the country surrounded by people who don't speak your language, forcing you to engage and fumble along until you absorb the language. But when you don't have this opportunity, then it can be difficult to know where to start with so many resources vying for your custom. Of them all I find that Rosetta Stone has the perfect balance and is reasonably priced. It appeals to children and adults alike and is holistically interactive. Jay and Holly are both interested in Japanese culture and chose Japanese as their second language choice for this quarter.
